"I absolutely loved this hotel, I felt very at home. It was nice and clean, and cleanliness is a big must have for me. The blankets were beautiful and white and neat. "The property location is right in the center of old town. You can walk to any part of the city in 15-20 mins. The staff were great and went above and beyond. The building is really cool, being so old and historical. The local Il Duomo is a short 5 min walk and Can be seen from most of the rooms in the hotel. "

"Emiliano provides an outstanding service. Due to late plane arrival he picked me up at the airport. The room was clean, comfy and very quiet, ensuring excellent sleep. Breakfast was good and Emiliano makes an excellent coffee! He also made arrangements for taxi. Highly recommend B&B Ai Santi. "

"The residence is a 10 minute drive from the center of Mantova. The room and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable, very thoughtfully equipped with maps and information on different touristic attractions in the area. The owner is wonderful, she offers her homemade jams and sweets, sandwiches for breakfast. We were really spoiled. "

"Quiet in the off season but I can imagine it being very busy in the summer. Great location for visiting different towns around the lake. Accommodation was clean but a bit worn/dated."

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "Spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - the space was just right and without clutter. The view over the piazza was perfect and breakfast was awesome in both quality and selection. We were also given a complimentary aperitivo in the evening on their rooftop bar. A 10 out of 10 !"

"The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom. "
