"Just PERFECT"

"Dreaming of visiting Cinque Terre for years, we finally made it. I booked our room in advance, and got a great room at Scorci did Mare on the top with the balcony. It was everything I hoped for (plus lots of steps). We went out and walked around, brought a fresh Italian snack back and sat on the patio overlooking this beautiful city. I will be back. There a lots of hills and stairs here, be aware. The bed was hard compared to USA standard but it's normal for Italy in my previous travels. "

"Great proximity to the marina and the train station. Unfortunately- we were there during the off season so half of the shops and restaurants were closed... which was a real bummer but even the restaurants that were open, didn't have a lot of patronage so I understand. We had a room with a view and the only bummer about it was that it was right next to the office which can be a little noisy during the day. "Very nice and clean, room is small but that’s to be expected in Europe if your custom to the US. The room could use a shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff when getting ready. Refrigerator in room is nice and works well. Very pleased with the accommodations "

"The property is about a 10 minute walk through the tunnel then up the street to number 99. The little balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. There is no elevator and you are going up 3 flights of stairs to the room, so plan ahead for your stay and pack accordingly. Maddy met us at the room to make sure we had a good feel for 5 Terre and the area. Very glad we stayed in 5 Terre. "

"Super friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room and building. Wifi worked great, though the AC unit had switched from cold to hot for the building, but the fan worked. The whole town is very walkable so plenty of groceries and restaurants near by."
