"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. "Room service was pathetic. Did not even get drinking water after calling 6 times over half an hour. Poorly maintained rooms with lots of mosquitos. Unfresh blankets and towels, RO water filled in bisleri bottle given as mineral water! Random shampoo filled in bottles and given as natural shampoo."

"A little gem, hidden away but close to the river. Staff friendly and even organised flowers and a cake for my birthday with my husband in Australia. Room clean, breakfast delicious. I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights."
