"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good "

"Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead."

"The location isn't great for all the sites. There's better option. It's quiet and peaceful, that's a plus. The room wasn't cleaned that well, found hair in the shower and on the towels. The shower is below average. "

"Great for the price but you get what you pay for. Its acceptably clean, comfortable and safe. BUT very noisy, congested, dirty location. If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. "The hotel is at a good location and the new building is great besides the restaurant too is wonderful with great food and wonderful live music. The worry is if you get a regular room you will get a stale room with bed sheets and walls very stale. Pls only consider new building not the heritage (old wing) "
