"A quiet, clean, comfortable hotel that is close to a train station. There is a Carre Four express across the street. All of the staff were polite, helpful and willing to listen to my attempts as speaking French. A bit quirky with masks of Looney Tune characters on the lamps in the rooms. Only 4* for the are because the restaurant selections within a 10’ walk were not plentiful. I would definitely stay here again"

"The property was as described, had everything we needed. Air conditioning was great and made for a cool apartment and escape from the heat. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sun in the late afternoon. Great location for easy access to old town Nice, port and beach.
