The staff here (General manager, front desk staff, AND housekeeping) were ALL great examples of how "hospitality" workers should be!! They couldn't find my reservations and i had to leave for an hour before i returned to check in. "We circled the property several times to find an opening as there was a high metal fence around it. Once we found it we had to search for the office and finally saw a small sign directing us.
