"The service was excellent, and most of the staff spoke English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. We arrived several hours before check-in, but the hotel offered luggage storage, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the area. Its location is convenient, just 15-20 minutes from the main tourist attractions. Security is present 24/7 outside the hotel, which added to the sense of safety. The rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind, offering reasonably priced drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast each morning had a wide variety of delicious options. The AC in the room worked well and kept the space comfortably cool. Some staff can arrange taxis at fixed rates, helping you avoid the common scams from regular taxi drivers, which was a huge plus. Make sure to bring wall plug adapters for your electronics, as the outlets are different than in the U.S."

"This hotel is a great value for the price! The accommodations are comfortable, and they offer a decent breakfast to start the day. However, what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to make sure guests have the best experience possible. I stayed during Carnaval, and the hotel added such a fun and festive touch to the experience. They had adorable decorations, plus glitter and little trinkets for guests to use, which made the celebration even more special. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with exceptional hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!"
