"I might say you get what you pay for. Normally I stay at Nomada Beach hostel, but since I was on a shoestring I went the budget route with Casa Santurce. It was a low key place but the bunk rooms are cramped, and their is no kitchen. For a few dollars more at Nomada you get a pool, a nice kitchen, much better showers, and many different sitting areas. I'd suggest that Casa Santurce make this more cooking friendly, and also provide a few more places to sit."

"The service was horrible. I didn’t even stay there. They was rude before I got there. Try to charge extra charges on me for checking in. I contacted customer service and customer service told me that I couldn’t get my refund back. What a waste of time with them and you. "

"the owner was amazing she is kind, generous, respectful, and will feed u lol the place is amazing i had the best time of my life. if u like private quite with equipped with all your needs i recommend coming here. u wont regret it. but first make sure u have a rental car cuz the mountain view’s and drive is to die for! couldn’t ask for a better stay! "The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is not very well maintained. Mosquitoes ripped me to shreds in the bathroom and bedroom. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again. "
