Low score was due to several things that need attention in the property, as a host, I know how important is to have good attention to detail and make sure everything I am offering, works. "We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Encanto. The guest suite was amazing. Had everything we needed for the week. Spotlessly clean, linens were bright white and smelled heavenly.
