"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

Utopia!!

"Had a fantastic trip at the Utopia Villa! Nelson was so very attentive and gave us a list of local places to visit. Although the island lost power, Nelson did everything he could to help us stay comfortable. Our family loved the pool, the Rain Forest excursion (Nelson and his staff were excellent), and the various nearby beaches! The only suggestion we had was the lack of AC in the parts of the house. We’d definitely recommend the Utopia Villa to large families who want to see the authentic Puerto Rico!"
