"This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everything we needed was there! Lots of towels, extra sheets, even shampoo and conditioner with lots of soap! We felt very safe and the parking was easily accessible. "We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "

"Very walkable to the beach. The grounds and outdoor spaces are amazing. We had 11 people at the house and never felt crowded. Were able to walk to Jobos which is a great location. Would love to visit again. VERY good communication with the owners"

"We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy."
