"The check in process was a bit of a nightmare, was told the lock code was 6 digits, but there was a key lock next to the door entering the unit with only 4 digits. I figured there must’ve been a mistake with either the code given or possibly the wrong unit number. I messaged the host asking for help and it took them about 12 hours to respond. We were there Halloween and early November so lots happening in the town but it was quiet enough in the suite on the side facing the hillside. The rooftop patio is as lovely as the photos , and that is shared but we found it not very busy . Sayulita has nice beaches and restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. "This villa was very comfortable and private. We stayed in the lower level which was nice. The a/c in the bedroom works really well and as Floridians we love our a/c. That being said after a couple days we really adjusted to the climate and it’s very comfortable in the main area without air. Open windows and ceiling fans are perfect.
