"Cinzia and Maurizio were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The property had a slight damp smell in the rooms, but with the windows open it lessened. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well fitted for making your own meals. Please note that there is only one bedroom in the main house, the upstairs bedrooms have to be accessed from a separate outside door. It didn’t bother us, but people with children may have a concern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)"

"Perfect Check-in. Our host (Matteo) lead us the last kilometers to the house. We got delicious welcome-snacks and aperitifs. Additionally Matteo showed us arround and we got a lot of information and tips from him. The villa was clean and very nice. Matteo was very thoughtful, friendly and provided lots of helpful information (like restaurants, destination of activities for the kids, …) for us. We enjoyed the tranquility and the idyll. "Logement bien fait. Étonnant. Mais manque de confort. Le lit est très petit pour un couple et aucun fauteuil confortable pour se poser et lire. La table en pierre avec la belle vue est beaucoup plus haut dans le village (56 marches) donc impossible de s’y installer pour dîner ! En plus il y a beaucoup de passage. Nous sommes très exposés aux touristes qui passent devant nous. Pour une ou deux nuits ok mais pas plus. Les alentours sont beaux."

"Wir haben die Zeit in dem Appartement sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er hat alle Fragen immer zügig beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren vollends zufrieden."

"The small town of Penticara, is lovely. The hike on Mt Aquilone is amazing.. the location makes for easy access to all the near by towns. Lots of local restaurants and good food within 10 min drive, or walk to the town itself.. the owners were great.. and made finding the place very easy.. I was by myself.. but would also be fantastic for a larger group.. I would rent again if I am in the area.."

"Wunderschöner, riesiger Garten, ein Paradies für unsere insgesamt 4 Hunde (2 von der Cousine). Sehr gemütliches Haus, ruhig und ursprünglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt in der Umgebung mehrere gute Lokale mit typischen Gerichten der Region, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, unter anderem auch San Marino. Zum Meer ist es ein Stück zu fahren (ca. 20 min.), aber dafür gibt es einen freien Strand am Rande von Riccione, ohne Parkgebühr und die Hunde können mit an...
