"Absolutely loved it. The staff is way above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. My daughter forgot her iPad and we were at the airport when we got the notice from the hotel. Not only did they bring the iPad to the airport but they insured that we had everything from the room. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for the unbelievable stay we had. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
