All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "

"Profile Misrepresents The Property - Disappointing!! My wife and I were in Trieste for one night. She was not feeling well, and a steady rain had set in, so we were looking for a seaside location to snuggle up, enjoy the view, have dinner, and spend some time decompressing as we were nearing the end of a 15-day Italian adventure. The hotel was a disappointment from the start: 1. The keyframe picture on Hotels.com is not the hotel at all. It shows a location on the ocean that is not even close. 2. The summary said it had a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Nope. 3 The hotel room was clean and the accommodations were acceptable, however, when we tried to watch some TV, there were no English speaking channels and no access to apps like Netflix. I would usually not bother reviewing a semi-disappointing experience, but this hotel was so misrepresented in their profile it made me mad. "

"Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill your needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay back if given a chance. "
