"I really liked this hotel. The entrance and check-in are automated. The information is very clear and simple. It's a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is very nice and clean. "My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is not far from the Arc or the Eiffel Tower and we found this really convenient. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was lovely. The staff on the front desk were all so welcoming and wonderful, especially the lady. Everyone was friendly and it made us feel at ease with it being our first time in Paris and travelling alone. This was a lovely hotel to stay at and I would recommend to anyone. We will be back and thank you for the lovely stay!...

"I paid extra taxes and fees with Expedia when made reservation online. When I checked out I was asked for more taxes and fees which came to 79 Eros I paid it. I should have questioned that. Then the next morning the Concierge asked for more ‘City Fees and taxes of another 29 Euros. No time to argue car waiting for me to go to airport. I refused to pay it and left. Check those fees I think I was charged 2x for the same thing. "
