"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "We were booked in for the guesthouse but when we got here really wanted to stay multiple nights and were given the option to move into a wing of the homestead at the same rate which was a generous option -- Frances and Julian are wonderful. "
