"We fully enjoyed our 2 nights stay, so quiet an the view is worth seeing, staff in office are welcoming an friendly, property were tidy an clean daily an amenities were closeby an clean, toilets an showers were clean an tidy an easy parking, walking distance too the hot & cold pools, beautiful gardens, kitchen cabins needs a upgrade abit outdated, double bed was small, mattress was hard an you could feel the springs when you lie on bed, Rm 7 ranchslider wouldnt slide across, you had too lift the door upwards too slide across an too lock door, kitchenette was small bench space an fan in the room had a rattle when turned on, so it was noisey an annoying but we adapted an loved our stay, we will definately reccomend in coming back again"

"Was a last minute booking think it may have been called a studio room, very reasonable rates. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean as was the large bathroom. We had cooking facilities to cater for ourselves if we wanted to. The TV in our room was a smart TV so was a bonus to be able to have plenty to watch and relax after a hard day and access to log into our APPS. Was happier with this motel than in the tiny room we paid more than double for the night before in Hamilton which did not have half the home comforts or free parking. Staff also pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"The property was a mix of old and new. The interiors were well appointed but it is a older building that is maintained well. Parking was a challenge since we did not have reserved parking ahead of time. Location is excellent and close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The riverfront walk is within a couple of minutes of the hotel and is a treat."
