"Hotel is great, very modern, clean and well appointed. The room is good, very comfortable bed and well appointed. The only down side was in the morning of check out, I had an early flight and had booked the first airport shuttle at 06.15am. I went down early enough to somplete the check out, which was very quick and smooth and then wanted to take a coffee before starting my journey. reception informed me that the restaurant did not open until 06.30am and there was no coffee machine...

"This was a great stay! The room was small but very well laid out and in excellent condition. The shower was awesome. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. 5 stars for them. "The hotel was excellent. Staff amazing, clean, good faciities. We were unlucky and had rain the whole time which put a damper on things. The staff had umbrellas we could use which helped, but we were unable to enjoy the massive center park. Without the park, we weren't very close to many attractions and had to rely on subway/bus. It isn't in a very convenient location for indoor attractions. But if we'd been there at a warmer, dryer time it would have been perfect."

"I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!"
