"The best hotel I've stayed at in Europe so far. The property is very new. They have some construction going on at the street level but that did not bother me. The breakfast is top notch. Could use some changes rather than same items daily. But everyone was courteous. The bed was super comfy the sheets like heaven. This is the perfect hotel "

Habitaciones que me quedé a pesar de qué es pequeña tiene todo lo necesario está súper bonita y bien diseñada. Nunca me había quedado en esta cadena anteriormente pero al conocerla me parece fenomenal. El desayuno está muy completo y tiene una vista súper bonita de los Techos y la montana. Al bajar estas en el centro de la Gran Vía que puedes caminar al restaurante café y tienda"

"Warm friendly welcome excellent communication. Quiet standard room was enough for needs. Good sized bathroom. Kettle with tea/coffee biscuit and mini chocolate (nice touch) bath robes (very nice touch). Good breakfast. Always taxis outside hotel. Short walk to El Ritiro Park. Would stay hear again. "
