"I love staying at this hotel for the convenience to the Madrid airport and the amenities. The staff is always wonderfully kind and helpful in my interactions with them"

"I stayed in one of their executive rooms which are newly refurbished. My stay was very comfortable- I liked the small touches included eg hair straighteners in the bathroom, a working desk with natural daylight and plenty of charging points. It was a short taxi ride from the airport although they do offer a free shuttle which you must book ahead of your arrival. It also stops at 3pm. Staff were helpful and although there are a couple of restaurants I only used the services of Latitude - again the food was good portion and well prepared. "
