"We enjoyed our stay in Wirral. Mark was very easy to work with, and kind enough to warm up the hot tub before we arrived! This property has a beautiful garden and outdoor space to enjoy! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including off street parking. Our dog travelled with us, and there was easy access to walk him in the neighborhood. "This suite was cozy and quiet, with a great little kitchen, nice bed and pillows, and a hot tub! We had a car which is essential for touring in Wales and this was a great location to base our travels from. Smart TV and great Wi-Fi was also a much appreciated bonus. Although we never met our hosts, they were responded quickly to any questions. "

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. Great hotel in an excellent location

"We booked this hotel as it is in a central location to easily access Eryri National Park. The hotel was modern, clean with a great restaurant. The restaurant has a lot of choice for different tastes. There is no need to eat dinner elsewhere. The staff are all very friendly and polite. We booked a deluxe room, which was comfortable. However, the King bed was too firm. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. We would definitely return back to this hotel. "
