"After a long drive we had an incredible welcome from Jess..she really went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience we have had in a hotel! "The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly.
