"The property was clean and tidy. We were met on time by property manager. Central heating was easy to switch on and kept flat cosy. We turned off bedroom heater as there was no window on bedroom. We kept front windows in kitchen and living room open all week to get some air flow in flat. Lovely flat walks within 50yards of property and shops also very close."

"The appartment in Alexandria is spacious (2 large bedrooms) and equiped with the necessary equipment (toaster, washingmachine etc.). We had to make contact ourselves to receive check in information, but once the contact was established, we got all the info we needed. It is located near the bus stop (2 min walk) to Balloch. Walls desperately need repainting and are marred throughout, both toilet seats were broken and sliding off the commodes, the kitchen sink drain leaks making cleaning up after cooking impossible. "Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."
