"I stayed in the single room which was the same size as a double room. It was comfortable, cosy , clean , nicely decorated and well furnished.There's parking out front but that was taken but I easily parked outside.breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Small gripes,the room was warm but bathroom wasn't and the TV wasn't HD."

"The property was not only located in the most convenient location imaginable (I was working in the castle, which is literally just across the road!), but the hotel is very nice in itself. The room I was in was small, but not in a bad way. I had space for everything I needed, the phone signal and WiFi were strong, the bed was comfortable, there were even complimentary biscuits! "Nice and close for shopping, beach and pubs. Macerator toilet activates 2-3 times during the night. Annoying! Can be a bit noisy with night time revellers. Only had board, didn't sample breakfast. Plenty of food choices within short walking distance. Overall I would recommend and I would stay there again. "

"Overall property very nice , owner excellent at communication. Bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and dining room well decorated and ideal for large family gathering. Would stay again.Couple of areas I would say for improvement.1 kitchen cupboards could do with updating, one was hanging off when we arrived.2. As its dog friendly I would recommend the garden its fenced off as it’s open from back to front ie wraparound and our dogs could get over /through driveway gate "

"Our apartment had everything and more that we needed to enjoy our stay. It had a well equipped kitchen in order to cook a variety of meals. The lounge and bedroom areas were comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower unit. There was also had a parking space right next to the door. Will be booking again!"

"The room was a bit small but adequate. Downside there were quite a few stairs but no lift. Will definitely go again but will stay on a lower floor. The staff were fantastic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had. Loads of food , good choices. Hotel situated in ideal place , near the pier and everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view over the bay with sea view room. Will definitely return to this hotel "

"Great stay at a great price. Excellent value for money and very close to pier etc. The breakfast was fabulous and filled us up for each day of exploring. Staff are polite and friendly. Without exception, they were brilliant with my five year old granddaughter. The rooms do need an upgrade but they were very clean, lovely and warm with tea making facilities. Amazing value for money! "

A solo visit

"Friendly welcome and an easy check in. I was visiting to attend the Welsh Open Snooker so didn't spend much time in the hotel. My single room was cheap in price but well set up and very clean. Great bed and shower. Nice range of courtesy drinks in the room. I didn't buy breakfast so I cannot comment on food or bar service. I will stay here again"
