"Rooms are very well appointed and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely but very expensive, especially if you only want something small, maybe a second option where you can have only pastry and coffee might be a good option. Location is great, convenient for exploring the city and for transportation."

"Wonderfully situated hotel across the Rhine River from the glorious cathedral. It would help if the hotel provided instructions for finding the way from the rail station across the busy bridge walkway in about 20 mins. Big luxury hotel with friendly attentive staff. Lovely breakfast location and a nice bar for evening drinks. A pity our room was not properly cleaned with dusty surfaces and a broken heating system but we loved every minute of our two days here. Highly recommended. "
