"I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university. "The room was great, service was excellent but the fact that the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor was a bit of a challenge! Since the elevator hasn’t been working for over 4 months it would have been nice to have been given a heads up! "

"I honestly can't think of 1 negative thing to say about our stay. Excellent view of the Rhine, exceptional service from the staff and owner, and location was perfect with the train station nearby. We essentially were able to walk everywhere... Outstanding food there at the hotel, as well as the surrounding area. Perfect for us."
