"The one thing that came up was that the inn tells you they'll wake you if the lights are visible. If there's no staff during the night, who is waking you up if the lights are showing. The last night of the stay, the lights were visible some places. Had they been visible that night before 3am, who was there to let people know?"

"It's a nice location, the amenities are also nice. The breakfast menu could use some work but it's workable. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay with nice bar and gym adjacent. Close enough to downtown and to gas stations. If you are going to be taking some road trips. No water fountain within the property. I guess it's normal to get the water from the faucet here in Iceland so I won't take any points away for that. But the first day I didn't know and spent a good half an hour walking around...
