"The loft was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the downtown location. It was within walking distance to a couple restaurants and stores, which was nice. The loft could have been cleaner as there was a broken shelf left in the bathroom and some cliutter left in the closet and some dust bunnies , etc. "

"No microwave, dishwasher but not very many dishes nor silverware. Halls needed cleaning, floor was sticky and needed attention. Nice location!"

"The apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious and a great location at the southern part of Springfield. We tried to reach out to the property manager that was given to us multiple times with no response (we were trying to check in 30 min early), so that was weird. But thankfully, nothing came up During the trip so we didn’t need anything else. It all worked out And we would definitely stay here again."

"The property is pretty dirty. Floors were black and sticky. Cobwebs in cracks. The walls were all marked up and torn up. There was only one drinking cup and three coffee mugs. It may be okay for some single college guys that are in town to party, as it is walking distance to downtown. "

"I stayed in Springfield for the GOP convention and although this was a place to stay close to the convention center, I would choose elsewhere next time. The floor was so dirty that I could feel grime with my feet. I took a shower and after getting ready at the sink my feet were already black from the floor. Motorcycles and loud cars all night long. "Easy access to pretty much everywhere in Springfield. For around 10$ you can Uber anywhere. Communication was great and friendly. "
