"The best part about this place is that it is about a 10-minute walk from downtown. The place is clean and has all the basics you need. Just a heads-up that the queen bed is a mattress in the closet that you drag out of the closet and set up in the living room. I did appreciate how the cabinets and the closet were labeled with a list of the contents. That saved time in looking through every cabinet! The house is a little bit old, but it is fixed up well. "

"Everything was wonderful! The house is cute and cozy. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us in the dining and living room, the reclining couch was huge hit. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great that they each had their own tv for when we wanted some down time. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Grocery very close along with everything else we wanted to do. Check in and check out were a breeze! No long list of chores before you leave, which I appreciated! "

"The place was absolutely as described and perfect for our family to meet in the middle. The tree in the den was a nice touch for opening presents. It was very clean and had a nice backyard with a fire pit. The fireplace was nice in the winter as well. Beds were comfy. "This newer location is a short drive from Springfield and set back from the road with lots of quiet space. There are many stores within a 10–15-minute drive. The unit is large, beautifully decorated, cozy and spotless with ample seating, a larger modern kitchen, a good-sized bathroom (complete with a washer/dryer to use).
