"We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! "Comfortable clean friendly hotel in a convenient location. Close to amenities. We had a one night stop over on the way to the alps. Family of four with two teens, it had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"Great location, 10 minutes walk form town centre and cathedral. Family accommodation for reasonable price (one room, sleeps five, en suite). Free parking, but separate to accommodation and awkward to get to without advanced info (would have been good to have parking details in advance). Otherwise, a great stop-off near A26 en route to more southerly destinations."

"Great central location. Lots of places to eat and drink at close by. Staff all lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast is great. In the rooms the shower is the only negative. It looks great but the Bathroom easily floods. Definitely love to come back. "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
