"Although the hotel is advertised as having AC in the rooms, which is something not so common on European hotels, and the room did indeed have AC, it was not as cool as it should have been and was informed by the attendant on the Lobby to just open the small window slot to help with cooling the room. We requested a fan, and it was quickly provided, but it was a small little fan that although it helped with some of the cooling of the room, it did not have a meaningful impact. "Very enjoyable stay in a comfortable and quiet setting. Very easy access to downtown Zurich via tram (barely a 2 minute walk from the hotel). A very good place for travellers on a budget as well as looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but that you can get to easily."
