It's very clean though, with comfortable sleeping for up to 5 people (we were 3). All the beds were comfortable including the air mattress-sofa twin. "Nice renovation, comfortable, light and open. Last week of Sept is perfect for the Fall colors in the area! Only complaint - in the evenings, after dark, we had trouble with the TV streaming (connection to internet). For people with balance issues, it is a trek uphill to the porch door, some with railing, some without. "
