"The television was out due to the rains. They did comp the two movies we rented. The staff were all polite and nice enough. The issue was more about how under staffed they seemed. Little things like not being able to reach the front desk, coffee maker not changed etc etc All thing that probably would not have been an issue if there were a few extra staff . Can't really complain about the television although that is a nightmare for those of us who can't fall asleep without one--but that was not...

"The room we were assigned was clean however there's a pungent smell when we first opened the door going in. Smelt like it was stuck closed or a sewer issue. We had to buy a Lysol spray to get rid of it. We enjoyed our stay so far and the customer service was excellent."
