"Exceptionally clean property with up-to-date decor and very comfortable beds! Fully renovated and updated interior, with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of nice touches to make a stay smooth and without issue-- even first aid kits in the bathrooms. Although we didn't have use for the game room, it sure would be fun for guests! Loved the many extra blankets throws, as weather turned cool and they kept us cozy. Our only brief hiccup was check-in, as the host email providing the door code was sent less than two hours before check-in time. The email sent the day before check-in indicated to follow instructions posted on the door, so we didn't realize that we need to check our email again upon arrival. Within minutes though, the host communicated the door code via Ring. Convenient location for university events!"

"Needed a one night stay for a med procedure next day. Room was spacious, electric fireplace was calming. Didnt try breakfast, brought own food . Maids were quiet and polite. Front desk personnel were cheerful. Lots of amenities, like toothbrush, paste, shower cap, comb, makeup remover, etc"

"We rented Rafael’s place for an extended weekend for our son’s recent graduation from the University of Redlands! What a great place! Location is only 0.8 miles from the University. Close to fun restaurants and cute shops in downtown Redlands. Great grocery store within walking distance called Redlands Ranch market! They have a great cocina in the back of the store which offers delicious authentic Mexican food to eat there of take with you! The 2bedroom 2 bath unit is beautifully decorated! So clean! So rare to get two baths in a 2bedroom apartment. Very spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. Most places are not so I have learned to bring some of my own kitchen items but I never had to use them because Rafael has thought of everything! Huge bonus was all of the fun games and activities to keep us entertained. Everything was so fun. Although we don’t have an EV, they even have a charging station if you do!Rafael was easy to get in contact with when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality! "

"We stayed here in February and again in March. Both times our stay was enjoyable, and the host extremely accomodating. The property is a two minute drive to downtown Redlands, where you'll find plenty of eating options and things to do. But you wont have to leave the comfort of this mid-century home as the dining room table is big enough to host a small private party; Go out or order in! Or prepare your own meals as the kitchen includes all the basic amenities. If you travel with your furry friend, they too will enjoy this place, because it has the perfect private backyard.Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and conveniently located.. Everything we needed was already provided. Paper products, detergent.. We thought that two of the bedrooms would have two queen beds in them but they didn’t. We were still able to sleep five adults comfortably. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean home for an extended stay, this is your best choice! "
