"Ali our facility manager was so kind and polite. The cleanliness in our room was quite awesome and he made us everyday another surprise with the magic towels. Also the rest staff was so friendly and helpful in every situation. "My partner and me had a fantastic holiday at the Steigenberger. We were amazed by how well the property is maintained. "Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat."

"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

Excellent hotel - highly recommended

"After a delay at check-in and a long anticipated wait, Moustafa saved the day and ensured the service was impeccable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I could check in early after a long night flight. He even upgraded my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The entire staff—from breakfast service to the pool team—was warm and welcoming. The hotel's modern, minimalistic design added to its serene ambiance, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Transportation was seamless, and the hotel offered a variety of daily activities to keep guests entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the beach is still under maintenance, but I can already tell the lagoon will look stunning once it's completed. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"
