"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

"The property as well, no doubt everything you need is there. The view from the balcony was very impressive and you could watch the lovely sunrises from the bed. holy disappointing part was the distance to the club and beaches. The house was very accommodating and very helpful."

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "They cancel our booking few days before the trip although there was down payment being held for almost a month without having the courtesy to contact us. Tried to reach out the host but there was no response from their side.. poor communication, very rude attitude never think of taking the risk and deal with them "

"I would like to start of by that the villa was super clean. Housekeepers came often to keep it clean, and they changed the bedsheet whenever they came.The Villa has a nice view .Personally I had a good experience using the pool. There were no problems in the pool. I would recommend going there based on personal experience."

"When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating."

"This property has been the best I’ve stayed in so far! The atheistics is fabulous, the landscape beautiful and the beach clean! And maintained throughout the day. I cannot fault the service and the hospitality- all questions answered and catered to. The animation team are great and friendly , the waiters and assistants consistently on point with requests. Pools clean and family friend ability to use the sister resorts more family oriented amenities. Note: not a negative but definitely something to be aware of. The coffee isn’t perfect the food is lovely, but what you expect something to be isn’t always the case, there’s always a slight twist - be specific with your requests Otherwise 10/10 end to end experience all the way to the airport service."

"This was my 2nd stay at Prima Life & the high standard has been maintained. Ahmed kept my room very clean & i found him very helpful. Kamul's omelette tossing skills are 2nd to none & he always had a cheery smile no matter the hour. Mohammed on the dining room drinks was again always hpful & always cheerful. All the staff work hard to keep the whole resort clean even to collecting each morning any detritus that the guests have dropped in the sand like cigarette butts."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Cooks Club. The resort was clean, quiet and safe. It has everything you need but also in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We even had our own ambassador named Michael who was always available for any of our needs. Also there is a spa located right next door to the resort that was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. "
