"Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay when visiting Cairo this is the place. The view is insane- we spent most of our time drinking coffee or tea that the hotel provides for free 24/7 on upstairs patio. The people are SO helpful and kind. They want you to feel like family and we definitely did. Very safe. Highly recommend "

"This hotel is amazing. It is right in the middle of the Cairo city, close to all the interesting spots. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel also has a kitchen we can use to cook our own home dishes which is great after a couple weeks away from home. "

"The hotel is located on the 13th floor of an apartment. Staff greeted us downstairs upon arrival. The staff were very friendly. We had a welcome drink upon arrival and free bottles of water in the room. The room decor was lovely and nice comfy beds. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and there was plenty. Would definitely recommend this hotel "

"The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable."

"I'm so glad I booked this hotel. From the minute I checked-in I felt at home. The owner and all the staff members made me feel utterly at home. I had an unfortunate accident whilst walking the streets of Cairo where wet concrete fell on me. When I got back to the hotel the owner offered straight away to wash my clothes, he didn't even charge me. The hospitality is something else here! highly recommend, such nice people! "

"We had a late train to Luxor and asked if the hotel could hold our luggage. The answer was yes for about EGP 500. Other places have been accommodating with no charge. Of course we paid as we had no other option."

"The view of the pyramids from the rooftop dining area was breathtaking. The staff is hospitable, kind, and very helpful. The room was clean and well-kept. The neighbourhood in which the hotel is located is not for the faint of heart; there you might experience a culture shock like I did. Horse and buggy, camels, and tuktuks are prevalent modes of transportation in the neighbouring street, so you will inevitably step on a road apple or two if you take a walk down to the shops. "Great hotel with beautiful view of the Nile and 5 minute walk to the museum. Nice staff and delicious food. I am vegan and feel grateful for the accommodations they made for me. I would suggest to add vegan options on the menu, including desserts. Also, the air freshener machine should be moved from close to the chairs in the lobby. I am allergic to strong scents and having it close to the chairs is not a good idea. I was sitting waiting for my guide and the strong scent was unbearable. I talked to the front desk and they mentioned they were going to move it. Overall my stay was amazing. "
