"This is a very nice hotel but yesterday my wife and me order pizza and asked to the bartender adding 2 toppings that i was willing to pay extra but the chef don't allow i don't understand why to do it customer service is very important "

"Upon arrival, all staff greater is and was very helpful. Even the gardener stopped what he was doing to ask if we needed help. A+ service from everyone. Nice lively place, loud music at the bar and into the night and can be enjoyed while at the beach. Nearby food at restaurants on site were good. Taxi to town is $17 each person or $8 each to red hook. Not bad if u plan when and were to go. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The place was clean with nice extras like snorkel gear and aloe for sunburns. Comfy bed. Great location for ocean view and close to restaurants. Easy taxi service to Red Hook and airport. Very responsive management. Would book this place again."
