"The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay! "

"One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great. "

"Great hotel, very good location, new construction. Staff is friendly but they just don’t follow up on guests’ requests. Six phone calls - all in Portuguese - to the front desk, no call back. Simply ignored. I think they feel bad to say no so they prefer ignoring rather than declining a request or explaining why they can’t help. That is however a minor detail given the hotel location and comfort level. "
