The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. "One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great. "

"Great hotel, very good location, new construction. Staff is friendly but they just don’t follow up on guests’ requests. Six phone calls - all in Portuguese - to the front desk, no call back. Simply ignored. I think they feel bad to say no so they prefer ignoring rather than declining a request or explaining why they can’t help. That is however a minor detail given the hotel location and comfort level. "
