"I recently stayed at Hotel Mirador Las Palmas and overall had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. However, the room was still comfortable enough for our stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was the stunning views – they were absolutely spectacular! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, the scenery is something you won’t want to miss. Speaking of the facilities, both the pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Despite the rooms feeling a bit dated, the fantastic customer service and beautiful views definitely made up for it. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Mirador Las Palmas to others looking for a relaxing getaway with great service."

The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. "The room facing the street was noisy, but the room without a window was calm and quiet. Good service, friendly staff willing to help, neat and clean place. The only inconvenience is that it lacks an elevator, and the stairs are narrow and steep."

"For me, this hotel was a very positive experience. I enjoyed nature, I enjoyed so many beautiful things and the wonderful landscape of Colombia. I really recommend it with my eyes closed to all those who love nature and peace, and to enjoy the delicious culinary art that Colombia has. I also recommend the hotel's restaurants, an extraordinary service and the food is delicious. I would also like to talk about the rooms. The rooms are a dream. The bathrooms are super clean, the beds are well made, hygiene is overflowing, and everything is so decorated that you don't want to ever leave that place. As for security, I felt at home. But if there is something a little negative about it that I would like to share with you, it is that I would like them to put coffee early somewhere in the hotel for those like me, who like to get up early in the morning and immediately have a good cup of coffee, especially in the coffee growing region of Colombia."
