"It was a great hotel, great services the staff was amazing: Jhony bell service, Veronica in housekeeping. Everyone was great! Our room was a suit very large, bed super comfortable linen and pillows very very clean!! Bathroom large and comfortable, hot water and a big tub. Close to everything, restaurants, bars and night clubs. "

"Everything was great—the services were excellent. The only issue was the safe in our room kept breaking, which was annoying because we had to keep calling maintenance to open it. The breakfast buffet was amazing, but what impressed us the most was how warm and attentive the staff were. "

"We stayed at the monastery on two occasions. The room we had on our first stay had a stained and dirty carpet. We asked for it to be vacuumed and they did that, but they would be far better off, tearing up the carpet to expose the wood underneath, which I expect is beautiful. On our second stay the room was clean and had none of those issues. It’s a beautiful place with very cool old furniture. The place has lots of character and is steeped in history. It felt very special to stay there."

"All the Staff was marvelous! The bell staff is the best!!! The Bartender Virginia is top notch!! Clemente Hurtado in the security is 6’6” of sense of peace of mind!!! The Housekeeper always attend ready to help. We will be back!!"
