They go as far to say no "body fluids" on their fine sheets which felt like canvas and were speckled with black dots. They also list a nominal dollar amount if rules aren't followed for every little thing. "Would stay there again. Could use a few more things in the kitchen. Baking sheet and some sugar and sweeteners for the coffee. Only major complaint was floors had a greasy film on them and need a good steam cleaning or replacing. Could not go with out shoes. No toddler or baby would be allowed on them the way they were."

"We stayed here with family for my husbands 40th birthday celebration. The home is super clean, cozy and accommodating of a larger group. The breakfast food for the morning was also a nice touch. Would definitely recommend! "
