"Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental...

"Beautiful property with amazing river and freighter views. Brought 4 kids ages 21-14 and they enjoyed it. Also had my wife and our parents. Host is friendly and punctual with communication. Highly recommend. "

"Would stay there again. Could use a few more things in the kitchen. Baking sheet and some sugar and sweeteners for the coffee. Only major complaint was floors had a greasy film on them and need a good steam cleaning or replacing. Could not go with out shoes. No toddler or baby would be allowed on them the way they were."
