"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Very cosy. Very helpful staff especially Surya. Home away from home. Felt good to go back to after our daily tiring shopping out. The only thing we don't like is when we ordered food delivered we have a ways to go to pick up !"

"Great location, very central, bar and restaurant staff extremely good and guest-focused. Breakfast was exceptional - great range.Nice pool, very clean but only 7 beds - they need more beds or furniture around the pool! "
