"It is a nice house that has been maintained with love and care. The description is accurate. The owner was very good with communication and even allowed us an early check in as we were coming off a red eye flight. It has a big yard which we were able to enjoy. The kitchen was unusually well stocked. It is a convenient location to go to the university. "

"I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the neighborhood was great—quiet, safe, and conveniently located—my accommodation left much to be desired.Upon entering the room, I noticed that the floors were dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. "Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. "
