"Clean small room in busy red light area. Streets nearby were a bit dirty and there were lots o young people camping on the street. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was a bit unsavory for small children. Easy walk from station and lots of good food options nearby and bars. Hotel clean and very nice. "

"Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Like the sheltered walkway from Shinjuku station to the hotel. Good for wet days. However; it takes at least 15 minutes to reach the station. We found a 100yen WE bus that is right in front of the hotel and goes to Shinjuku West exit to the station. A good option for those who prefer not to walk the long distance. Room is reasonable as i opted for a bigger room, knowing the small size of room in tokyo hotels. There are eateries within the hotel and 2 convenience...

"Cozy room in heart of Shinjuku. Was happy to book during first bit of my trip because would be tough to have more luggage with me. Room was comfortable enough for one person. They gave you tattoo covers for onsens in the building which was nice. Be aware there are other Apa hotels in area so make sure you have the correct one, I confused the taxi driver."

"This hotel is new and didn’t lack any amenities. The service and staff were all helpful and willing to help. I was impressed with the room and the location which was in the heart of Shinjuko with lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to get to the subway which was also within walking distance.
