"WLAN absolute Katastrophe (zu jeder Tageszeit ein Graus). Service- Personal im Restaurant teilweise Planlos. Beim einchecken nicht die Infos bekommen die benötigt werden (Bei Anreise vor Check -In Zeit Kur-Karte nicht bekommen / wo was zu finden etc…) nur nutzlose Infos und alles andere auf Nachfrage. Frühstück absolut langweilig (z.B. immer nur 2 Sorten Brötchen/ Brot und Brötchen immer weich).
