"The Woodstock Inn & Resort is the quintessential New England inn. Walk in the lobby and you are greeted by a large warm fire. The staff at all levels were gracious and helpful. The room was large, well decorated and extremely comfortable. Great location to walk downtown even with single digit temperatures. The shops were expensive but worth browsing & buying. "

"Very clean, Friendly staff, very nice outdoor heated pool, comfortable public spaces, onsite bar, short walk on private walkway to nice restaurant, location on the access road to killington, in room thermostat. A bit of a mixup re the room rate booked was fixed immediately. It didn’t matter much to me but the only negative was the view from my particular room which was only of a stone retaining wall a few feet away but most rooms should have decent views."

"The stay was good. The size of the room was larger than expected and clean ws well as nice. My only complaint was the continental breakfast. It was not much to be desired. Only two types of cereal, small store bought mini doughnuts, and bite size muffins. There was no yogurt or eggs and bacon or sausage that are also part of a continental breakfast."
