"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fontana house. The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the house.The kitchen is large with a big island and large dining table truly embracing the heart of the house. It was a great area to gather for meals. Right off the kitchen is a beautiful backyard with a nice pool, grill, basketball hoop. and sitting area another great place we often gathered and enjoyed during our two week...

"The cabin is situated directly across the street from the village and just minutes away on foot. It is conveniently located near all the places you may want to visit. Inside, the cabin retains its original charm while incorporating modern touches. There is plenty of space, and it is pet-friendly. The cabin is very easily accessible once you enter the town."

"This place was conveniently located for Claremont Colleges visits and we were comfortable. "

"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

"This property was as shown although I expected the space to have a sitting area, which there isn’t. It’s is very nice and adequate for the two of us, but don’t try to cram more than 3 adults in into this space. It was fully equipped with the necessary tools and kitchen appliances, but lacked enough bathroom tissue and no paper towels. Had hot water issues, also. Overall, thumbs up!"

"The pickleball house in Riverside was a perfect retreat for our family event! It was spacious and secluded, set up perfectly for a large group. We would rent here again! Five stars!"

Loved that we didn’t have to clean up or take apart the beds before leaving. We went to Disney and the drive was only 35 minutes. We went to the Walmart that was pretty close too. It was a nice stay. "We had a fantastic time staying here! Our group was in La Verne for a three-day weekend event with high school students, and this place was perfect. Jeff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and futon were comfortable, and the fancy shower in the master bedroom was a big hit. We also really appreciated the private garage and the extra parking space in the gated area. Overall, a great experience."
